+In which countries is the NetTV Plus service available?
You can use our service anywhere in the world, except in Greece and Cyprus.
+How do I make a payment?
You can make a payment directly on our website via credit card (Visa, MasterCard).
+Is the TV program broadcast live?
Yes. Everything that is broadcast on a certain channel at a given moment, you see through our service. You can watch all TV content live or up to 7 days back.
+Can I catch up a program on my Smart TV, computer or mobile?
Catch up is available on all supported devices and can be used on all our applications.
+Can I record a program from TV?
At the moment, there is no possibility to record TV content via our aplication, but you have the option of using the "Catch up" option, which allows you to watch missed TV content up to 7 days back on all channels.
+How many devices can I use on your service at the same time?
You can use the service on 1 device at the same time.
+Do I need an internet connection to watch TV through your service?
Yes, internet connection (from 5Mbps and more) is the only condition for using our service. The advantage is that you can use the Internet of any provider, and we also enable you to watch TV programs through our service.
+How do I manage registered devices?
You can register up to six devices in total for EON app. In case you want to change one of the registered devices, or simply want to delete it, you can do so on the My NetTV portal in the Device Management tab. You can rename each device for ease of use.
+Can I activate the service on multiple devices?
Within the package, you have the option of activating the service on six devices of your choice.
+How do I watch EON on iOS and Android devices?
In order to use EON on your iOS or Android device, you need to download the application on the App Store or Google Play Store, select the NetTV Plus operator and log in with the login information to My NetTV account.
+Is there a contractual obligation?
There is no contractual obligation.
+Can I use the service on 2 or 3 TVs in different locations?
Devices activated within the package must be in the same household.
+Can my friend and I buy one package and watch channels on two different TVs, each in their own apartment?
Unfortunately, such a thing is not possible. All active devices within the package must be in the same household.
+Is the application free?
You can download the application for free within the Play or App Store and subscribe to the service.
+I can't find the EON App on my TV. What should I do?
